We ourselves own and run a boarding kennels and cattery. We breed British Shorthair cats and own 2 Dobermans, both rescue dogs, and are very much into all things dog, including agility and flyball and visiting shows/trials etc. in the UK and Europe with our trade stand. Our involvement with the RSPCA means we see a great number of dogs with all sorts of problems and hang ups, which are rehomed after we have spent time with them. Some go on to the Prison Service and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf, which is very rewarding. Border Collies who come into our rescue centre are given special attention: they first spend the day with a local shepherd and, if he feels that they are suitable, they go on to become working sheepdogs.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Prices INCLUDE shipping to all UK regions. For all other destinations a reduced shipping charge will be added when you proceed to Checkout. We are not VAT registered, so there is nothing extra to pay on top of the prices given. All international orders sent to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges. Colliewobbles Ltd. accepts no responsibility for these - please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.
Delivery Schedule Orders are normally processed within 1-7 working days. Please take this into account when calculating delivery times.

UK parcels are sent via 2nd class post (3-4 working days) and overseas orders via Air Mail (Europe 3-5 working days, USA/Canada 5-7 working days, rest of world 10-14 working days). All delivery times given are estimated and based on advice from the Royal Mail. Please be aware that on occasion, your order may take longer than the stated time period

If we are temporarily out of stock of a particular item, we will try to advise customers of the delay on the website at the time of ordering.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If items are received damaged, please contact us before returning them and keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal authorities. We will happily replace wrong sized Clothing orders for the correct size if goods returned to us in perfect condition.
